'1989' is a memory of bright yellow rapeseed fields in the flat Lincolnshire lanscape of my childhood. I was 17 in 1989 and desperate for my life to start. In my head it's all golden, but still and slow moving. Original mixed media painting with vintage collage materials. 12x12 inches, painted on canvas board.
