November news!

The pumpkins have gone mouldy, the fireworks are fizzling out and we are hurtling at an alarming speed towards the end of the year!

Before I get going with the news at...*squints at clock*...12.43, let me first say that there is still one slot left for a pre-Christmas commission. If you would like it, please shout!

So, lots going on here. First up is an online market I am participating in. Handcrafted Uniquely Community is a collective of artists and craftspeople, who are holding a Winter Wonderland Market on 10th November at 7.30pm. It's all online so you don't even have to leave your sofa! Shop in your slippers! You'll be able to buy a VERY limited edition print from me but you'll have to wait and see which one....ooohhh the intrigue!! The album of beauties will be available on the Handcrafted Uniquely Community Facebook Page on Friday.

Next (literally, the very next day) is a local exhibition by the Artists of Hythe and Romney Marsh, which I have been asked to participate in as a guest artist. It will be the first outing for my painting 'Where we're from, the birds sing a pretty song', (left) along with a few others including 'I Spy", (below) which features on my cards and in my 2018 calendar but the original has not been exhibited before. The exhibition is at The Old Pool Studio, 4 Cliff Road, Hythe, Kent, CT21 5XA, and is on 11-12 and 18-19 November, 10am-4pm. Entry is free and 10% of all sales will be donated to Pilgrims Hospice.

On the subject of cards, and the end of the year, my 2018 calendar is now well and truly available. There are a limited number of copies of the 'perfect' one, but plenty of seconds available at a discounted price. See my shop link for details.

Finally, if you're ready, my Christmas cards are now on sale. You can buy them in packs of 10 directly from me (via my shop link here), or individually from The Dog House, 92 Sandgate High St, Sandgate, Folkestone CT20 3BY.
